WHY ARE THERE MARKS ON MY PRODUCT? WHY AREN’T THE PRODUCTS “PERFECT?”

ALL GOODWERKS PRODUCTS ARE HANDMADE. THIS MEANS THAT THERE WILL BE ‘MAKER’S MARKS’ ON THE PRODUCTS, AND SLIGHT DEVIATIONS OF ALIGNMENT, ETC. THOUGH THE PRODUCTS ARE AIMED TO BE MADE WITH AS MUCH PRECISION AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL AS POSSIBLE, SOMETIMES THINGS AREN’T QUITE PERFECT. ALL PRODUCTS ARE QUALITY CHECKED, WITHIN TOLERANCE, AND ANY "IMPERFECTIONS" WILL NOT AFFECT THE PRODUCT’S PERFORMANCE.

Will you combine my orders and refund my shipping?

this is a case-by-case basis. the majority of the time, there will be no shipping refund for multiple, back-to-back orders.

WHY AREn’T THERE ANY MORE DROPS?

FOR A FEW REASONS: TO DISCOURAGE FOLKS SETTING UP AND PREPARING FOR DROPS. TO ENCOURAGE FOLKS TO PAY ATTENTION AND PARTICIPATE IN THE GOODWERKS COMMUNITY. TO MAKE THE “PLAYING FIELD” AS EVEN AND FAIR AS POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE. THE DROP AND COLLECTOR CULTURE ARE THE ANTITHESIS OF WHAT GOODWERKS STANDS FOR. THEREFORE THERE WILL BE NO PARTICIPATION IN IT.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, there are no shipping options available outside of the United states. Many customers set up proxy shipping either via friends or international expedition services. At this time, there is no ambition to ship outside of the united states, however that isn’t to say there won’t be in the future.

What if i want to sell my goodwerks gear secondhand?

If you find your goodwerks gear collecting dust, there are folks out there that would love to get their hands on it. Fairly. Secondhand gear sales are not discouraged, but markup on the items is. goodwerks strives to create a positive, conscientious community. Turning around and gouging fellow members of the community based on exclusivity will not be tolerated. If goodwerks products are seen being sold for more than retail price + shipping, both seller and buyer will no longer be able to purchase from goodwerks. period.

do you allow returns?

do your products have a warranty?

goodwerks products are intended to take some abuse. this means standing up to the rigors of daily use in less-than-caring environs. however, this does not mean that they won’t wear over time and with use. Repair and replacement will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Products intentionally damaged will not be covered. All failures of manufacturing will be repaired or lead to replacement of product.

when will “x,” “Y,” “Z” be back in stock?

the short answer is: no idea. all goodwerks products are handmade in small batches. The process is, indeed, time consuming and allows for focus on small quantities of specific products. the best method of being alerted regarding stock is signing up for the newsletter at the bottom of the page.
